The sitting down thing is pretty weird. I am sure that if they made urinals a lot longer on the bottom and had a little door (swinging doors, like a saloon) to keep people from seeing them, it would be possible for the ladies to pee standing up. I think the urinal engineers would agree. They get paid alot of money to do alot of agreeing i am sure.
